Guest Line, a product of GUESTII PTY LTD · Last updated May 2026
These terms apply when you use Guest Line to buy a ticket, request a booth or guest list spot, submit a birthday request, follow a venue, or otherwise interact with an event. By using Guest Line you agree to these terms.
Guest Line is event software provided by GUESTII PTY LTD. It is the tool that organisers and promoters use to run their events. When you buy a ticket or make a request, your agreement is with the organiser running that event, not with GUESTII PTY LTD. GUESTII PTY LTD provides the software and is not the seller, the venue or the event host.
Many events are restricted to persons aged 18 or over. You must meet the age and entry requirements set by the organiser and the venue. You may be asked to prove your age and identity on entry. Providing false information may result in entry being refused.
When you buy a ticket, you are buying from the organiser. The price shown includes any fees and GST that apply. Your ticket is subject to the organiser's and the venue's conditions of entry.
Refunds, exchanges and resale are handled by the organiser. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly changed, you may be entitled to a remedy, and you should contact the organiser.
A booth, guest list or birthday request is a request, not a confirmed booking. It is subject to approval by the organiser or venue. The organiser may set conditions such as a minimum spend, a deposit, arrival times or a dress code. Submitting a request does not guarantee entry, a table or a reservation.
Any deposit, minimum spend or no-show condition is set and managed by the organiser. Please check the organiser's conditions before you submit a request.
When you buy a ticket or request a service from a venue, you automatically follow that venue. Following a venue lets it invite you back to its own future events through Guest Line. These are event invites only, not general marketing, and only the venue you engaged with can contact you in this way. You can unfollow a venue at any time to stop receiving its invites.
You agree to give accurate information when you buy a ticket or make a request. Organisers may ask for details such as your name, phone number, email, date of birth, gender or a public social media handle. How your information is handled is explained in the Guest Line Privacy Policy.
Payments are processed by Square through the organiser's own Square account. Guest Line does not collect or hold your card details. Your payment is subject to Square's terms. The organiser is the merchant for your purchase, and questions about a charge, refund or chargeback should go to the organiser.
The organiser and the venue may refuse or revoke entry in line with their conditions, including for unsafe, unlawful or disruptive behaviour. Entry conditions are set by the organiser and the venue, not by GUESTII PTY LTD.
GUESTII PTY LTD provides the Guest Line software. We are not responsible for the running of events, the conduct of organisers, promoters or venues, or the goods and services they provide. We aim to keep Guest Line available and secure, but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error free.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, GUESTII PTY LTD's liability for the software is limited to resupplying it.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always the one shown here, with the date it last changed.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Event matters: please contact the organiser of the event you engaged with.
